We have efficient delivery infrastructure to meet the customers’ needs.
- Free delivery for orders over $88.00 (including GST). Order before 12 noon for delivery the next working day (subject to availability of timeslots).
- For orders below $88.00, there will be a $25.00 delivery charge.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification via SMS/Call. Please allow our drivers a 2 hour delivery window. To ensure all customers receive their orders on time, our driver will only wait for 15 mins if you are late. We will call to reschedule the delivery if for any reason you are unable to receive your order as per scheduled. For customers who are not around to receive the order and wish to reschedule their delivery, there will be a 10% surcharge.
RESCHEDULING OF DELIVERY
For all in-home delivery, customers may reschedule the delivery 48 hours before the delivery date without penalty. For rescheduling of delivery within 48 hours of agreed delivery, PH Deli will charge a restocking fee of 10%.
DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
Shipping your items on time is extremely important to us. We do our best to provide exact estimated delivery dates. In the event of delay in delivery due to unforeseen situations, PH Deli reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot. PH Deli shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by PH Deli or to any comparison.
When receiving the item(s), customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings before our delivery team leave the premises. If you identify any imperfection, please inform our friendly delivery team to indicate in our remarks column in the delivery order form before signing off. You will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the defective item(s) to facilitate our investigation. We will take 3 working days to reply. In the event an exchange cannot be made, PH Deli reserves the rights to offer a substitute or refund. All replacement of item(s) will depend on the next available shipment. Once delivery order is signed with no discrepancies, it is deemed that the order is accepted by customer in good condition. If customer do not want to inspect the goods and surroundings at the point of delivery, it is deemed that the order is accepted by customer in good order and condition hence complaints of any discrepancies at a later stage will not be entertained.
