Does PH Delicatessen check ID for alcohol purchases?Charles LinYes. All alcohol deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 and above. If the recipient is under 18, we will reattempt delivery. A redelivery fee of $15 applies.
Why are items missing from my order?Charles LinIf an item is missing from your order, please check your final receipt. If an item is shown as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact us at 6464 0777.
What can I do if my delivery is late?Charles LinAt times, severe weather conditions, like heavy rain or typhoon, can cause delays due to traffic or concern for the safety of our delivery team. If this happens, we promise to keep you informed and deliver your order as soon as we can. If you have not been informed and your delivery is late, please contact us. We’ll track down your order.
How soon can I receive my order?Charles LinAt PH Delicatessen, we promise to deliver your products within the next working day. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive your products at a later date. Our customer service specialists will be in contact with you in these situations.
What are our delivery hours?Charles LinWe deliver from 10am -8pm daily, and this includes weekends and public holidays. Alternatively, you may drop by our retail store to collect your products. Our retail office is at 432 Clementi Ave 3, #01-284 S120432.
