When your order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Alternatively, check "Your Orders". If there’s a pending order showing, your order has been submitted successfully. If not, please resubmit your online ordering.
If you have an account with us, we will save the items that you added into your cart. However, we are unable to guarantee that the items will still be in stock when you return the next time, as placing an available item in your cart does not imply reserving them for your order.
When you are browsing our products, you will see an Add to Cart button on the page. Simply click that to add it to your cart. If you would like more than one quantity of that item, simply indicate on your desired quantity.
You must have a registered PH Delicatessen account and be logged in to place an order.
  1. Browse all our categories or search for products, choose the ones you want and add them to your cart.
  2. Once you are done, go to the shopping basket icon and click ‘Checkout’.
  3. Review your items, delivery address, delivery slot and payment mode.
  4. On the next page, click ‘Confirm My Order’ and your order is placed.
  5. You will receive a confirmation shortly via email.
  6. You can also check ‘My Orders’ to ensure that your order has been processed.
No. However, if you would like to get free delivery, a minimum spend of $88 is required. Otherwise, a delivery fee of $10 applies.
